It will be our team who will bring life, energy and happy times to the pub and to all our lovely customers who walk through our doors. Some pubs give you a ‘hug’ as you walk into them. We will do all we can to make sure The Cross Keys is one of them. 

Happy staff (along with good food, drink, service, in quality surroundings) generally make for happy customers, which is why we love doing what we do! 

We want our team to have a ‘spring in their step’ and genuinely look forward to coming to work and share our pride in all we do.
